Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate:

Under the No Surprises Act (effective January 1, 2022), health care providers are required to give clients who are uninsured or self-pay an estimate of expected charges for services. You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your therapy care will cost.
 

  • You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate before beginning services or at any time during care.

  • The estimate will include expected charges for therapy sessions and any related services.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute it.
